Key Responsibilities

  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Addressing Customer Concerns: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise on menu selections.
  • Wine Selection: Describe and advise on wine selection to enhance the dining experience.
  • Financial Transactions: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
