  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Respond to electronic enquiries, compile data and statistics, and type and proofread correspondence and documents.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Area of Specialization: Reports and records, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and a team player.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
