About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Service Analyst to join our team at Community Living BC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in representing CLBC as the primary point of contact for service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and negotiate service contracts and agreements, ensuring accurate costing and quantities.
  • Consult with Facilitators to discuss support requests, service availability, and resource suitability.
  • Conduct on-site monitoring reviews and investigate competency and service issues.
  • Work with the Facilitator to assist individuals and their families experiencing a crisis.
  • Recruit and develop new service relationships, ensuring collaboration and cost-sharing agreements.
  • Liaise with key staff regarding funding limitations and participate in local budget management.
  • Review financial reports to ensure delivery of services for approved funding supports.
Requirements
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in the social services sector, particularly in resource development or contract management.
  • An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
