Jobber is dedicated to empowering small businesses to thrive. We collaborate with local service providers, such as plumbers, painters, and landscapers, to revolutionize service delivery through innovative technology.

The Salesforce Engineering team operates within our Business Technology division, serving as the internal consultancy that integrates data, business intelligence, and our tech infrastructure with the broader organization.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect will mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the strategic vision of the Salesforce Business Technology team, influencing both our methodologies and project focus.

The Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect will:

  • Champion performance enhancement: Collaborate with your teams to help them excel in their respective roles.
  • Facilitate goal-setting: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, offering constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Build a top-tier Salesforce Engineering team: Partner with other leaders to cultivate an environment that encourages high-quality output.
  • Implement innovative processes: Drive automation initiatives within Salesforce.
  • Integrate new applications: Oversee the installation of new app integrations with Salesforce.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses: Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Strategize system maintenance: Lead projects related to system upkeep and enhancements.
  • Leverage Salesforce capabilities: Optimize business workflows through effective use of Salesforce tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer.
  • Extensive knowledge of Apex, Gearset, Git version control, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce declarative automation tools.
  • Experience with data migration and import tools.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Configuration and Administration.

You will have the option to work remotely or from designated offices.
