About This Role

As a Technical Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the success of our technology operations. You'll be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and ensuring seamless delivery of critical projects.

Your Impact

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Electronic Arts to align technical initiatives with overarching business goals. Provide clear direction and ensure all value streams are effectively integrated with the company's strategic vision.
  • Agile Leadership: Champion Agile methodologies and best practices throughout the organization. Coach and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the planning and allocation of resources for our technology infrastructure. Drive operational efficiency and ensure the smooth functioning of all technical systems.
  • Project Delivery: Lead large-scale initiatives and collaborative delivery cycles, integrating product requirements with business objectives. Coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Develop and communicate a compelling long-term strategy roadmap for our technology operations. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards achieving strategic goals.
