We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Technical Services to join our team at LVI Associates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and exceptional leadership for all aspects of technical and managerial services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead high-profile projects, including construction law and litigation support, construction disputes and claims, CPM schedules relating to delay & disruption, loss of productivity, cost/damage analysis, and expert witness testimony.
- Expand and grow our client's various practices while providing direction and leadership for all aspects of technical and managerial services.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including construction companies, contractors, and owners, insurers, and government agencies.
- Provide project documentation, prepare project specifications, and technical reports.
- 8+ years of experience in private and public sector projects.
- Self-motivated leader with experience as the lead project manager in providing all levels of project planning, monitoring, and analysis.
- Construction dispute experience alongside cost analysis skills, as well as strong construction industry experience including delay, scheduling, productivity, and claims analysis.
