About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Chicken Haus. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer engagement
    • Work with our culinary team to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
    • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are properly maintained and cleaned
  • Food Safety and Quality Control
    • Implement and maintain strict food safety and quality control procedures to ensure that all menu items meet the highest standards of quality and safety
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our standards
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively
    • Provide coaching and feedback to our kitchen staff to help them improve their performance
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
