Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Desi Bar and Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency in our dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Collaborate with our management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
