We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Desi Bar and Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency in our dishes.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and storage to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Collaborate with our management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
