Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Yager Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow within the team.
- Task Management: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
