Job Title: Associate Vice President, Students

At ExecThread, we are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Associate Vice President, Students. This role requires a strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and a proven track record in promoting a holistic set of student-focused programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the student experience from recruitment to graduation.
  • Foster collaboration between student services and other academic and service units to ensure alignment with the institution's strategic goals.
  • Lead a large team of student services professionals and provide guidance on equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ensure that student services activities promote a culture of belonging and safety for all students.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in supporting EDI and reconciliation initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Ability to create a culture of belonging and safety for all students.
  • Accountability, creativity, and a strong focus on student needs and interests.
