Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications, schedule appointments, and assess customer requirements.
- Perform professional and courteous front desk receptionist duties.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to walk-in clients.
- Collaborate with the agent to define and fulfill office administrative tasks in alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Demonstrated success in achieving goals and quotas is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities - written, verbal, and listening.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Property & Casualty license (OTL license preferred but not mandatory).
This position is with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network. Employees of this agent are not employees of Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries. Independent contractor agents are responsible for all employment decisions regarding their staff.
