About This Exciting Role:

We are in search of a skilled, results-driven customer service or call center professional to become a vital part of our outstanding Appointment Contact Center team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage both incoming inquiries and proactively initiate outbound calls
  • Foster relationships with clients by:
  • Identifying their needs
  • Providing tailored recommendations
  • Addressing concerns
  • Coordinating appointments
  • Maintain and update the client database
  • Collaborate in a KPI-focused environment with like-minded professionals committed to making a difference for individuals with hearing challenges
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in sales, customer service, call center, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience managing a high volume of calls
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to build trust, particularly with senior clients
  • Comfortable in a goal-oriented and performance-driven call center environment (previous experience is beneficial)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
  • Proficient with technology and systems, including scheduling software, CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, or other collaborative platforms
  • Open to a hybrid work schedule (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) including 2 days in the office.
