About the Role

Hazelview Investments Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Investment Relations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Investor Relations and Client Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating corporate actions, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Corporate Actions Coordination: Coordinate corporate actions, including subscriptions, redemptions, capital draws, and distributions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations and Client Portfolio Management team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Third-Party Administration: Manage relationships with third-party administrators, including transfer agents and shareholder record-keepers.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 2 years of experience in financial services, with a post-secondary education in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills, well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and decision-making skills, excellent communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
