Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY SANDWICH AND SALADS. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 3-4 people in a fast-paced environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Work Term: Permanent and Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
