Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and bathrooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and prepare guest rooms for cleaning, ensuring all amenities and supplies are replenished.
  • Make beds according to hotel standards and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the room.
  • Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests, such as irons and ironing boards.
  • Perform rotation cleaning duties, including steam cleaning carpets and spring cleaning, as required.
  • Maintain work area and equipment according to hotel standards.
  • Attend to guest calls and requests, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
