Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team at Delta Hotels Thunder Bay. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all property operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of guest services staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles
We offer a competitive salary range of $46,000 to $58,000 annually, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
