Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team at Delta Hotels Thunder Bay. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all property operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of guest services staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles
What We Offer
