Senior Architect (Enterprise Solutions) - Insurance Platforms

We are seeking a skilled, dedicated, and collaborative professional to become a part of our Architecture team as a Senior Architect.

In this role, you will significantly contribute to the ongoing modernization of our core insurance systems, focusing on evaluating, packaging, and delivering integrations that align with our strategic business objectives.

You will be part of an organization leading the way in the realization of Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and build consensus among technology and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of target state architecture while recognizing limitations and dependencies.
  • Ensure the overall architectural integrity of solution components, facilitating the right enablers of business capabilities while mitigating risks.
  • Produce solution architecture documentation, helping to establish and uphold architectural standards as defined by corporate governance bodies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various domains such as integration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data architecture, business intelligence, and user experience.
  • Present concepts to senior leadership and executive audiences, effectively communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Engage continuously with business stakeholders to define and refine business, technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze industry trends and technological advancements to assess their potential impact on business services and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of extensive experience in enterprise solutions and delivery.
  • Proven track record as an architect in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements and iterative scopes.
  • A strong desire to foster a non-hierarchical, agile work culture, demonstrating a willingness to learn and encouraging the team to embrace challenges.
  • Comprehensive understanding of processes and platforms within a service-oriented industry, particularly in relation to digital activations relevant to insurance use cases.
  • Familiarity with customer-centric user journeys.
  • Significant experience in large-scale cloud and SaaS modernization, integration, and operational management.
  • Practical knowledge of modern engineering practices and technologies aimed at enhancing quality while reducing costs and time to market.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts and trade-offs in a compelling manner.
  • Experience in the services sector, particularly in insurance or banking, or in other large-scale B2C and B2B environments is highly desirable.
  • A degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data sciences, or a related field.

Compensation: Salary range: $87,600 - $181,000

Actual salary may vary based on the successful candidate's work location and other factors such as skills, education, experience, and local labor market conditions.
