Position Overview: In the role of Lead IT Solutions Architect at CIBC, you will spearhead the design and implementation of application systems across diverse technologies and platforms. Your responsibilities will include converting user needs into process and data specifications, crafting solutions with extensive implications, and offering technical guidance. You will also be tasked with making informed technology selection choices and aiding in the development of technology roadmaps that align with the bank's strategic vision and business goals.

  • Strategic Development & Execution: Oversee and coordinate intricate solution design tasks, devise cost-effective and innovative solutions, and manage multiple technology initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Design role
  • Familiarity with Contact Centre technologies is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field
