Position Overview:
The Lead Solutions Architect will be instrumental in defining the future of our digital resources and enhancing the citizen-focused, digital-first strategy in healthcare. This professional will assist in the formulation and implementation of digital transformation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions across various sectors. The Lead Solutions Architect will spearhead efforts to align solution architectures with Ontario Health's overarching enterprise vision.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design architectures and strategies to unify multiple Ontario Health products and services
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders
- Foster relationships with external organizations and communities
- Mentor and guide junior architects
- Convert business needs into effective architectural solutions
- Lead project initiatives and communicate efficiently across teams
- Identify architectural improvement opportunities and promote efficient solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology
- 5-7 years of experience as an Architect in healthcare sectors
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Understanding of privacy and security regulations
- Experience with data architecture and modeling
- Expertise in HL7 and FHIR standards
