Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Information Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Eataly Toronto. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
