Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MALISON CONTRACTING INC. SOUS-TRAITANCE MALISON INC. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on technical procedures and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and technical software applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
