Food Service Team Lead

Coffee Culture Cafe & Eatery is seeking a skilled Cafe Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our cafe.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cafe staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Certifications: Smart Serve and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
