Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of contracts and oversee their management within designated categories.

Essential Qualifications:

A completed post-secondary degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is required.

Additional Qualifications:

A relevant degree complemented by practical experience in business or allied health services is preferred. Candidates should possess training in core business disciplines along with supplementary coursework in areas such as supply chain management, economics, process improvement methodologies, contract law, financial analysis, project management, and competitive sourcing strategies. Experience in project coordination, commercial negotiations, contract management, and analytical assessments is essential. The ability to think strategically and exercise sound business judgment is crucial, along with proven problem-solving and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and the capacity to work autonomously with minimal oversight are necessary. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to succeed in a remote work environment while being available for travel as required to fulfill operational needs.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in healthcare and supply chain management is advantageous. Familiarity with the operational aspects and knowledge of pharmacy service delivery in both hospital and non-hospital contexts is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
