Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at SVA Group Of Companies Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts to determine compliance with company policy and ensure that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to optimize the procurement process.
- Manage contracts with suppliers to ensure that all agreements are in place and that all terms and conditions are met.
- Review and process claims against suppliers to ensure that all payments are accurate and timely.
- Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform purchasing decisions and optimize the procurement process.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management to ensure that they are informed of all purchasing activities.
- Advise senior management on purchasing matters and provide recommendations to improve the procurement process.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all goods are properly stored and accounted for.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.
Work Environment:
- Permanent position.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language.
