Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Fraser Health. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing physiotherapy services to patients in accordance with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC) standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs and goals.

  • Collaborate with the interprofessional care team to provide patient-centered care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Provide education and consultation to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
  • Knowledge of physiotherapy theory and practice within a patient-centered model of care.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
