Job Description

The Ormco Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and expansion within assigned accounts and/or territory/region. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their clinical and business practices.
  • Provide timely response and resolution to customers' requests, including product questions, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing to quantify customer needs and provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in lieu of education.
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience with industry experience a plus.
  • Candidates should live within the territory, preferably in the Greater Toronto Area.
