Assistant Cosmetics ManagerThis developmental role provides the opportunity to gain valuable experience and prepare for the responsibilities of a Department Manager position within our Cosmetics department. You will work closely with the Department Manager to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities- Assist in directing staff to maintain merchandising displays, operational procedures, and customer service excellence within the Cosmetics department.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of cosmetic products, trends, and industry best practices.
- Assist in implementing promotional activities and visual merchandising strategies to enhance sales and customer engagement.
Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of one year of management experience in a retail setting. However, individuals with strong sales and customer service skills may also be considered.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cosmetic products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
