Assistant Manager, Photo Lab
The Assistant Manager for the Photo Lab plays a crucial role in supporting the Department Manager in overseeing staff to uphold merchandising, customer service, and operational standards within the lab and photo counter, alongside other managerial responsibilities as necessary.

This position emphasizes customer service, necessitating frequent interaction with clients. Therefore, candidates must demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while delivering exceptional service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.

Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of retail management experience; however, those without prior management experience may also be considered. A strong understanding of photography is essential, along with a commitment to remaining informed about advancements in technology and innovations within the industry through independent research, training materials, seminars, and awareness of competitive activities.

As a Regular Part-Time employee, you will be scheduled for a minimum of 1456 hours annually, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week as required. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends.
