Photo Lab Assistant Manager

The Assistant Photo Lab Manager plays a key role in supporting the Department Manager in maintaining high standards of merchandising, customer service, and operational excellence within the Photo Lab and Photo Counter. This position requires a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Department Manager in directing staff to maintain operational standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with changes in photography technology and industry innovations
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Minimum one year of management retail experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of photography and ability to stay current with industry developments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
