Product Owner Role

At RED TIC, we are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead our Scrum teams in delivering high-quality features within budget and timeline. As a key member of our Agile development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of features, participating in Scrum of Scrum meetings, and protecting the team from external distractions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Scrum teams to achieve customer satisfaction and deliver features within budget and quality.
  • Participate in Scrum of Scrum meetings to ensure cross-team collaboration and coordination of release plans.
  • Protect the Scrum team from external distractions and maintain focus on the product backlog and project timeline.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external collaborators.
  • Regularly supervise and control metrics to meet project/product goals.
  • Coach, mentor, and foster a culture of visibility, continuous improvement, and self-organization within the team.
  • Identify and control project risks through prevention, mitigation, and contingency measures.
  • Coach a continuous improvement mindset and recommend adjustments to established delivery practices.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Software/Computer Engineering (Bac+5).
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in the related field, demonstrating the responsibilities and required knowledge outlined above.
  • Experience with hardware development projects.
  • Technical Project Management background.
  • Experience working with or in Agile teams and understanding of Agile practices.
  • Served as a Scrum Master for Agile development teams.
  • Consistent track record of completing projects on time, on budget, and satisfying all performance/quality requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excel in presentation skills.
  • Understand the Product Lifecycle, including Agile development with hardware and software integration.
