Role Overview

As a Product Owner at RED TIC, you will be responsible for leading Scrum Teams to ensure timely delivery of features within budget and quality, achieving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Scrum of Scrum meetings to ensure cross-team collaboration, coordination of release plans, and integration of testing activities.
  • Protect the Scrum team from external distractions, impediments, or conflicts, and maintain focus on the product backlog and project timeline.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external collaborators.
  • Regularly supervise and control metrics to meet project/product goals.
  • Coach, mentor, and foster a culture of visibility, continuous improvement, and self-organization within the team.
  • Identify and control project risks through prevention, mitigation, and contingency measures.
  • Coach a continuous improvement mindset and recommend adjustments to established delivery practices.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Software/Computer Engineering (Bac+5).
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in the related field, demonstrating the responsibilities and required knowledge outlined above.
  • Experience with hardware development projects.
  • Technical Project Management background.
  • Experience working with or in Agile teams and understanding of Agile practices.
  • Served as a Scrum Master for Agile development teams.
  • Consistent track record of completing projects on time, on budget, and satisfying all performance/quality requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excel in presentation skills.
  • Understand the Product Lifecycle, including Agile development with hardware and software integration.
