Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at ANDREW HARRIS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stock levels and optimize storage capacity.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Wholesalers
- Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The working language is English.
