Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at ANDREW HARRIS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that all materials are properly stored and secured.
Staff SupervisionTrain and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Logistics and OperationsCoordinate and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Health and SafetyEnsure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that the warehouse is maintained in a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
LanguageFluent in English
Work Schedule40 hours per week
