About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at ANDREW HARRIS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train and develop staff in duties and policies
  • Coordinate and review work assignments and schedules
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Establish and implement efficient work procedures and schedules
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Permanent work term
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
