About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Dx Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.

Equipment Maintenance

Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse are properly maintained and functioning efficiently.

Inventory Management

Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal stockouts.

Supply Chain Coordination

Arrange for maintenance and repair work, as well as coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Workforce Management

Co-ordinate, assign, and review the work of warehouse staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Procurement and Logistics

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and establish relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.

Operational Planning

Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.

Language

Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Work Schedule

A 35-hour workweek, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
