About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Big Chicken Town Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, using a range of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the cleaning of equipment and utensils, and the organization of food and supplies.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Inspect food and kitchen areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
