About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Big Chicken House Restaurant Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of physical activity.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
