About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at Transchain Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflow.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Training and Development: Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and conduct performance reviews to evaluate their progress.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
