Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Operations through detailed financial analysis
- Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop and execute analytical models
- Generate financial reports and conduct variance analysis
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic insights
- Spot opportunities for enhancing processes
- Support the creation of cash flow models
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Familiarity with SAP/Yardi systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
