The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our DMS software. Your expertise will enable our customers to maximize the benefits of our platform, driving business growth and success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our DMS software and its applications in the automotive industry.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for our customers, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilize our software.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing technical queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and training experiences for our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates and new features, applying this knowledge to enhance customer training and support.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the improvement of our training processes and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a dealership environment or a similar role is an asset.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn our DMS software.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
