Project Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Management professional to join our team at TalentBurst, Inc. as a Project Planner/Scheduler. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity located in Oakville, ON.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be a member of our NAM PM Team, reporting to the Planning Manager. As a Project Planner/Scheduler, you will promote and share the culture of Planning within our broader team, from Sales to Commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a safe work culture and provide assistance to Project Managers on Complex Projects.
  • Drive effective resource utilization and coordinate workload across the team, prioritizing and assigning work.
  • Act as a connection between the PM team and other internal teams as needed.
  • Assist in the development of preliminary planning at the bid phase, to be included in our offers to Customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Planning activity, learning from experience and sharing best practices.
  • Travel to customer sites and Veolia offices as needed for project and team support.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or engineering discipline from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planner in Water and/or Industrial Construction projects.
  • Deep knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout North America, and internationally as required.
