Job Title: Project Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at Helios Retail Consulting Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the project team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate project progress, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
