Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at TalentBurst, Inc. as a Junior Operations Manager. In this role, you will assist the Project Manager in guiding a team of engineers and professionals who design, build, and manage complex water treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the execution team to ensure project deliverables comply with contract, and Health, Safety and Environment requirements.
  • Highlight to the Project Manager areas where the Project team is not meeting expected outcomes.
  • Interface with the client on outstanding tasks that have been assigned to be followed.
  • Attend all key project meetings and participate as needed.
  • Prepare reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Economics, or an equivalent field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts.
  • Experience in industrial process system design/construction, specifically water treatment.
  • PMP certification.
