Job Title: Junior Project Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our team at TalentBurst, Inc. The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in guiding a team of engineers and professionals who design, build, and manage complex water treatment projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate with the execution team to ensure project deliverables comply with contract, health, safety, and environment requirements.
* Identify areas where the project team is not meeting expected outcomes and highlight them to the Project Manager.
* Interface with clients on outstanding tasks assigned to be followed.
* Attend key project meetings and participate as needed.
* Prepare reports.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, or an equivalent field.
* 3-5 years of experience in project management or engineering.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience managing Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts.
* Experience in industrial process system design/construction, specifically water treatment.
* PMP certification.
