Position Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist a dedicated team across various markets to deliver exceptional projects for our automotive clientele. Your role will involve managing administrative duties, supporting project leaders, and ensuring seamless project execution through proficient time management and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting projects with budgets ranging from $5k to $1M
  • Creating estimates, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Overseeing tasks, resolving issues, and ensuring project coherence
  • Tracking working hours, plans, and financials
  • Implementing adjustments to maintain project timelines
  • Sourcing vendors, drafting briefs, and managing project execution
  • Facilitating the ideation of project concepts aligned with business goals
  • Developing pitch presentations and project summaries using PowerPoint
  • Monitoring project KPIs and analytics
  • Assisting on-site at events, including setup, execution, reporting, and staff oversight

  • Maintaining effective communication with vendors and team members for optimal delivery
  • Providing timely responses to clients and proactively sharing information
  • Being ready to seek assistance and offer support when necessary

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
  • Degree, Diploma, or Certification in a relevant field (CAPM certification is advantageous)
  • 3+ years of pertinent experience with national programs
  • Demonstrated success in corporate environments across all management levels
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong references in project coordination
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools and a willingness to learn
  • Clean Driver's Abstract and personal vehicle ownership
  • Willingness to travel nationally and work evenings/weekends
  • Hybrid position available
