Our dedicated team plays a crucial role in assisting clients with scheduling service appointments for their vehicles across multiple dealerships. This position primarily involves managing inbound communications through various channels, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Outbound communications may also be required to foster ongoing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and text messages to arrange service appointments and engage with customers.
  • Ensure accuracy in customer and vehicle information, entering all relevant requests and necessary work into the system.
  • Promote and clarify the advantages of manufacturer and dealership recommended services and current promotions.
  • Maintain an engaging and productive work environment while managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Perform additional related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Automotive Service Advisor role, Business Development Centre, or Call Centre is an asset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
  • Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, and various automotive-related CRM systems.
  • Experience with automotive scheduling software is advantageous, although training will be provided.
