Daily Responsibilities
As a Credit Analyst reporting to the Credit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our risk management strategies while assessing situational risks and providing quality approvals that enhance our lending portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and processing vehicle loan applications by analyzing customer creditworthiness through credit history, financial capacity, and asset valuation.
- Ensuring timely and accurate decision-making on loan applications in a dynamic environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Conducting initial verification of application information.
- Engaging with dealers and the sales team regarding ongoing applications via phone and email communications.
- Responding promptly to incoming inquiries from dealer partners concerning prime credit operations.
- Initiating outbound communications to dealers to gather further details about applications and negotiate credit approval terms.
- Managing your focus between new applications, resubmissions, and urgent requests.
- Providing exceptional service in addressing all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced setting to meet departmental service level objectives.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
