- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of our facilities, including the front desk, rooms, and common areas, to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new guests and increase revenue.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
The Motel Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with guests, staff, and external partners. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language:The primary language of communication is English.
Work Schedule:The Motel Manager will work a regular schedule of 36-44 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
