Job Opportunity:

St. Joseph's Care Group is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in the Physical Rehabilitation department.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to provide high-quality patient care in our inpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with complex physical rehabilitation needs
  • Provide individualized and group therapy sessions to promote patient recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and progress reports
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Excellent assessment and intervention skills
  • Experience working in inpatient rehabilitation settings
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
